Two bedroom apartments include one bathroom and a kitchen with a built-in island and black appliances, including a flat top stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, and dishwasher. Bedrooms include large, walk-in closets, and there's also a hall closet. Some two bedrooms include a food pantry and brick fireplace.
About Us
TwinBrick Apartments is a two-building apartment complex at 930 and 932 Southland Lane in Brookings, South Dakota. We're located in a quiet neighborhood with convenient access to nearby shopping centers, restaurants, a golf course, and more.
Community amenities include washers and dryers in each building and a large, off-street parking lot. Extras include garages for $50 per month and storage units for $30 per month.
Dogs and cats (limit of two per unit) are welcome upon management approval. A $500 nonrefundable deposit and $30 per month pet fee are required.
